Mum's CrossFit

Our Mum’s friendly sessions are programmed by our L2 coach and Sports Osteopath Sonia and provide modifications for every stage of pregnancy, fourth-trimester or later post-partum phases.

You will be safely introduced to a variety of exercises with focus on on mastering the fundamentals – bodyweight movements and learning to correctly use kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells.

Modifications for pregnancy/birth related issues will also be provides to safely train around symphysis pain leaking, prolapse, diastasis or C-section.

Our trainers will provide demonstrations of every movement so you can see how it’s done and they’ll help you adjust the programming to your ability so you get a great workout regardless of fitness or ability. These sessions do not require you to complete the Foundations Course before starting.

Your little ones are welcome, you can choose to baby wear while exercising or let them take a nap – we have plenty of space for you to park your pram in full view from where you exercise.

The sessions run every Tuesday (Sweat – conditioning focused) and Thursday (CrossFit – strength focused) at 11am.
