1-1 and Small Group Personal Training

At P10 we aim to coach and support all of our members in achieving all of their goals, no matter how big or small!

From preparing for a Competition, to learning how to be proficient in compound exercises we use in everyday life, like the squat, press and deadlift, we are here to guide and support you through the learning process.

Working with our PT’s you can expect tailored programmes specific to achieving your goals and expert advice and guidance in areas such as strength training, weight management and injury rehabilitation.

 We will work with you both in and out of P10, to create a successful relationship to hold you accountable to your goals.

Part of our mission is that your results are sustainable long term. We’ll ensure that your building a rock solid foundation that will carry you into the future. We’ll also ensure that you are learning about yourself, your lifestyle and what you need to do to thrive.

Your coach will help you identify mobility and flexibility issues and provide suitable drills to make sure you achieve correct and safe positions.
