New to weightlifting? No problem. Learn the snatch, clean and jerk movements as well as improving your positions and mobility in a safe and supportive environment.
For more advanced lifters we can focus on competition and more specific-lifting milestones – or more generally support your strength goals or improvement in technique.

Group sessions that combine the benefits of training as part of a team, while receiving tailored and specific coaching for your needs.

Learn and improve the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, while focusing on positions, mobility and safe practice. Each session will focus on variations of the main lifts while also including accessory exercises and a strength cycle.


Take your lifting to the next level with our Super-Saturday lifting session! 90min coached session under the watchful eye of P10 Weightlifting Head Coach Kristian McPhee.

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.
